Speech Camps

Speech therapy camps will take place throughout the summer and are intended to help your child continue to work on their speech, language or literacy skills during the summer break.

Whether your child is in speech therapy in school or you just have concerns about your child’s speech, language or literacy skills, these camps are for you! These camps will provide evidence-based interventions in a fun, interactive environment!

Each camp offering will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-10:30. Camps last for 1 week with the exception of the Late Talker Group, which will take place over 2 weeks.

Summer speech groups will be offered on Wednesday afternoons from 3-4 and from 4-5 across 8 weeks.

Summer Speech Groups

  • Our Speech Camp offers a fun and supportive environment for children ages 5-12 to improve speech sound production. Geared towards children with articulation, phonological disorders, or childhood apraxia of speech, these small-group sessions focus on targeted speech exercises. Sessions run from June 4th to July 30th (except the week of July 4th), with options for Wednesday from 3-4 or Wednesdays from 4-5. Each child will receive personalized attention to help improve their speech skills in a welcoming setting.

Literacy Camps

  • Our Summer Literacy Camps provide a fun, supportive space for kids to strengthen their reading, writing, and spelling skills. Designed for Kindergarten through 4th graders, these small-group sessions focus on reading and spelling patterns through engaging activities. Each child will take home books to continue learning beyond camp. Sessions run in June and July, with separate groups for emerging readers (K-1st) and growing writers (2nd-4th).

Kindergarten Prep Camp

  • Our Kindergarten Prep Camp provides a fun, supportive environment for children to develop essential social skills and phonological awareness needed for reading. This camp is the perfect opportunity to get your soon-to-be kindergartener ready for school, setting a strong foundation for their learning journey.

Late Talker Group

  • Our Late Talker Group is designed for children ages 2 to 4 who are showing delays in their speech and language development. This supportive and engaging group focuses on building early communication skills through play-based activities, songs, and interactive games. It also provides parents with practical strategies to encourage language growth at home, creating a strong foundation for future speech and learning success.
